SQN Health ePRO App allows for data collection directly from patients who are involved in a clinical trial. The App allows patients to fill out health related questionnaires in relation to the clinical trial daily schedule. The App allows real-time data collection in both online and offline depending on internet availability allowing patients to record their health and wellness whenever required, at home at work or while traveling.

Once enrolled onto a designated clinical trial using the SQN Health suite, you will be able to register using your unique anonymous patient ID. The contents of the app will be completely tailored to you and the requirements set out in the trial protocol and will help the trial clinicians and clinical team to liaise with you and oversee your trial participation process
